There are 6 main types of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). This table lists the 3 most common, and some of the features often seen in each. Not every person will have the exact same symptoms. The other 3 main types of EDS are called "kyphoscoliosis EDS," "arthrochalasia EDS," and "dermatosparaxis EDS." These are less common than the types listed above. In addition, there are also a few other forms of EDS. But these are extremely rare.
