Askling hamstring exercises: The Extender

Askling hamstring exercises: The Extender
To perform the Extender, the patient holds and stabilizes the thigh of the injured leg with the hip flexed approximately 90 degrees, and then performs slow knee extensions to a point just before pain is felt. This exercise is used during the initial stages of rehabilitation from a hamstring muscle strain.
