Histologic features of hidroacanthoma simplex​
(A) Intraepidermal poroma (hidroacanthoma simplex) consists of well-demarcated collections of poroid cells within the epidermis (H&E 40x).
(B) Hidroacanthoma simplex resemble seborrheic keratosis histopathologically, but are distinguished by the presence of ducts within the neoplasm (H&E 200x).
