(A) Chest computed tomography (CT) shows a heterogeneous cystic mass measuring approximately 8×2.5 cm on the right chest wall lateral aspect inferior latissimus muscle (arrow).
(B) A magnetic resonance axial T1-weighted image revealed a well-defined cystic mass located in the right subscapular region (arrow).
