Four months after sustaining blunt trauma related to a motor vehicle collision, this 30-year-old male presented with headache and left-sided weakness. Coronal (A, B) and axial (C) contrast enhanced CT angiographic images demonstrate multiple pseudoaneurysms (arrows) involving both internal carotid arteries.
