* Even foods on the "allowed" list may have hidden ingredients that contain gluten. Check the label to be sure that there are no sources of gluten. In particular, avoid all forms of wheat and wheat flours (einkorn, durum, faro, graham, kamut, semolina, spelt), rye, barley, triticale, and malt.
