Inferobasal LV aneurysm on chest x-ray

A chest x-ray in P-A projection (A) shows a calcified aneurysm (between arrows) overlying the spine. The aneurysm is better seen on the lateral examination (B), which shows a calcified aneurysm (between arrows) in the posterior and inferior aspect of the left ventricle.
