An x-ray of the left distal thigh (A) in the A-P projection shows atherosclerotic calcification of the distal SFA (arrowhead) as well as the above knee popliteal artery (arrow). Image B is a corresponding angiogram and shows a focal high grade stenosis (arrow) with collateral flow around the stenosis (arrowhead).
