Carcinoma of the tongue by CT scan

A CT scan of the neck in the axial plane (A) shows an infiltrating mass with homogeneous enhancement (arrow). A small ipsilateral regional node is present (arrowhead). The coronal reconstruction shows the mass in the lateral aspect of the tongue.
