Cryocrit analysis of cryoglobulin

Cryocrit in a Wintrobe tube from a patient with a monoclonal gammopathy. One cryocrit was 25% and the other 35%. The patient's serum was refrigerated at 4°C for 72 hours and was then centrifuged to determine the proportion forming a cryoprecipitate.
