Hemodynamics during septal ablation for HCM

Outflow gradient in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) decreased by alcohol septal ablation. Resting gradient of >100 mmHg is present with pigtail catheter in left ventricular apex and coronary guide assessing aortic pressure.
