High-resolution computed tomography (1 mm collimation) scan at the level of the aortic arch demonstrates extensive bilateral ground-glass opacities, patchy areas of consolidation, and several centrilobular nodules (arrows). The patient was a 61-year-old woman with influenza pneumonia.
