Feeding jejunostomy

A jejunal feeding tube is placed approximately 20 cm distal to the Roux-en-Y entero-enterostomy, secured with a double purse-string suture of 3-0 absorbable suture, and then anchored to the anterior abdominal wall in the Stamm fashion.
