Type III supracondylar fracture

(A) This 5-year-old girl fell on her fully extended left hand. Her elbow is displaced in the posterior direction similar to an older patient with a dislocated elbow.

(B) The radiograph shows a displaced supracondylar fracture with complete disruption of the anterior and posterior humeral periosteum.
