Assisted knee flexion
Sit on the floor with the legs extended in front of the body. Place the hands behind the injured thigh, bend the knee and pull it towards the chest, keeping the back straight. Hold for 5 seconds then straighten leg. Repeat 10 to 15 times (one set). Perform a total of 3 sets.
