Computed tomography appearance of lymphangitic carcinomatosis

Computed tomography appearance of lymphangitic carcinomatosis
Lymphangitic carcinomatosis from metastatic carcinoma of the cervix characterized by diffuse bilateral thickening of bronchovascular bundles. Peribronchial thickening results in visualization of more peripheral bronchi. The major fissures are slightly thickened. Several thickened interlobular septa are seen in the posterior aspect of the right lung. Small subpleural nodules in the left lower lobe represent perilymphatic nodules.
