Right and left anterior polar cataracts
Anterior polar cataracts in the right (A) and left eye (B) of the same patient. Congenital anterior polar cataracts are typically (though not always) bilateral, symmetrical, small opacities involving the anterior lens capsule. They are usually nonprogressive.
