Vesicular erythema migrans
(A) Erythema migrans lesion in a patient with Lyme disease. The lesion has the complex "bull's eye" appearance with central clearing and vesicular lesions.
(B) Vesicles may appear near the center of an erythema migrans lesion. This patient subsequently developed facial nerve palsy and had positive serology for Lyme disease.
