Köhler disease
Lateral and oblique views of the foot demonstrate flattening and sclerosis of the navicular bone (arrows). The presence of pain on examination or evidence of progression on repeated radiographs performed at two to four weeks is required to differentiate Köhler disease from a normal growth variant.
