Number 10 cleft
A unilateral type 10 cleft through the middle one-third of the eyebrow, upper eyelid, and orbit. A large defect of the frontal bone is seen (thin arrow) resulting in a fronto-orbital encephalocele and an inferiorly and laterally displaced orbit (thick arrow).
