Dairy
Includes all fluid milk products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese, and calcium-fortified soy beverage.

1 ounce cooked meat, poultry, or fish, ¼ cup cooked beans, 1 egg, 1 tbsp nut butter, ½ ounce nuts
Grains
Includes any food made from wheat, rice, oats, cornmeal, barley, or other cereal grain product. Half of all starches should be whole grains.
