Psoas hitch ureteral reimplantation
(A) represents mobilization of the bladder, with fingers inserted into the bladder to assist with anchoring the bladder to the psoas muscle with nonabsorbable sutures. The cystostomy is performed away from the dome. The ureter is reimplanted into the dome of the bladder.
(B) represents the reimplanted ureter, anchored bladder, and the closed cystostomy.
