Coronary artery at long-term follow-up after drug eluting stent implantation

The individual stent struts can be recognized as signal rich, bright yellow structures casting a dorsal shadow on the vessel wall. All stent struts are covered towards the lumen by a thin, homogenous bright yellow layer, corresponding to neointima.
