73-year-old woman with recurrent right lower lobe pneumonia and bronchiectasis due to airway foreign bodies
Bronchoscopy revealed a benign granulomatous tumor obstructing the right lower lobe bronchus. After resection of the "tumor" with large forceps, two peanut fragments were found. The patient did not recall having eaten peanuts for 18 years.
