(A) Carcinoma ex-pleomorphic adenoma. A hyalinized nodule of pleomorphic adenoma adjacent to a nested, malignant proliferation of poorly differentiated epithelial cells with central necrosis.
(B) A high-power field of carcinoma ex-pleomorphic adenoma consisting of sheets and nests of large cells with nuclear pyknosis and pleomorphism.
