IgG4-related sialadenitis
A 26-year-old woman with three months of bilateral submandibular gland swelling. Her condition, once misdiagnosed as Sjögren's syndrome or termed "Mikulicz disease" or "Küttner tumor," is now known as IgG4-related sialadenitis. IgG4-related sialadenitis is part of the larger spectrum of IgG4-related systemic disease.
IgG4: immunoglobulin G4.
