Medications and doses may need adjustment based upon comorbities (eg, liver disease), patient age, or other factors (eg, coadministered medications). ΒΆ Lorazepam infusion is titrated to effect, and additional symptom-based bolus doses, 2 to 4 mg IV, are given when titrating the infusion up.
