Large or high-grade tumor burdens*

Radical prostatectomy
Higher medical operative risk
Neurogenic bladder
Active surveillance
Patients with high prostate cancer anxiety
High-grade tumors (>Gleason 6); not stage T1c
Prolonged expected survival
