CT of nonmucinous minimally invasive adenocarcinoma

Axial 2-mm CT section shows a peripheral, predominantly ground-glass, part-solid nodule in the right upper lobe that includes a 4 x 3 mm solid component (arrow), which corresponded to invasion by pathology.
