Early (<32 weeks) Late (≥32 weeks)
AC or EFW <10th centile for GA AC or EFW <3rd centile for GA or UA-AEDF AC or EFW <3rd centile for GA
Or Or

AC or EFW <10th centile

Combined with one of the following:
  1. Uterine artery PI >95th centile
  2. UA-PI >95th centile
Any two of the following:
  1. AC or EFW <10th centile for GA
  2. AC/EFW crossing centiles >2 quartiles on growth centiles
  3. CPR <5th centile or UA-PI >95th centile
These criteria apply to singleton nonanomalous fetuses.
