A 30-year-old male patient developed a jaw keloid due to acne. It was excised completely, and the wound was closed with subcutaneous/fascial tensile reduction sutures. The surgery was followed with 15 Gy/2 fractions/2 days of electron beam radiotherapy. Over the next 18 months, the inflammation dropped uneventfully, and the scar matured.
