(B) Two years after starting deprodone propionate plaster.

A 40-year-old female patient developed a keloid on her left shoulder due to folliculitis. She was advised to apply deprodone propionate plaster for 24 hours/day (with daily changes) for 2 years. Six months after starting, the scar had softened. After 2 years, the scar was almost completely flat.
