Diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumor

Diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumor
Pathologically proven diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumor in a 13-year-old with sickle cell disease. Sagittal pre- and postcontrast T1-weighted MRIs through brain (A, B), upper spine (C, D), and lower spine (E, F) demonstrate diffuse linear and nodular foci of leptomeningeal contrast enhancement (arrows). Transverse axial postcontrast T1-weighted MRIs through the thoracic spine (G, H, and I) confirm leptomeningeal sites of glioneuronal tumor (arrowheads).
MRI: magnetic resonance imaging.
