Trapezoid fracture MRI
The MRI images above show an intratrabecular wrist fracture involving the trapezoid. Coronal images (A, B) show a nondisplaced fracture (arrows) of the trapezoid, which was occult on plain films. Note also the impaction-related contusions of the lunate and capitate.
