When symptoms have already started, try:
  • Soaking your legs in a warm bath

  • Pneumatic compression devices
* Common medications that may worsen RLS include most antidepressants, antipsychotic drugs, dopamine-blocking antiemetics (eg, metoclopramide), centrally-acting antihistamines.
