Right renal angiomyolipoma. (A) Axial magnetic resonance image demonstrates a T1 hyperintense lesion in the lower pole of the right kidney. The lesion exhibits homogeneous single loss on the fat-saturated pregadolinium image (B) and presence of an India Ink artifact (dark line at the margin of the lesion) on the out-of-phase sequence (C) indicative of intratumoral fat.
