NUT carcinoma
The tumor shows high-grade undifferentiated cells admixed with large cells with abundant cytoplasm (squamous differentiation, panel A). The NUT carcinoma antigen is positive in panel B, helping to confirm the diagnosis.
NUT: nuclear protein in testis.
