Endoscopic removal of a pancreatic duct stent using a snare
This endoscopic image was taken during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). In the second portion of the duodenum, a snare (arrow) was used to grasp the luminal portion of a plastic pancreatic stent (arrowhead). The stent was removed from the pancreatic duct, and the snare and stent were then pulled through the duodenoscope channel.
