IOTA "Simple Rules": Benign and malignant features

The International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) study group's "Simple Rules" consist of five ultrasound features indicative of a benign tumor (B-features) and five ultrasound features indicative of a malignant tumor (M-features).
