MRI right-sided sellar mass

MRI right-sided sellar mass
Magnetic resonance image (MRI) of a right-sided sellar mass displacing the normal pituitary gland to the left. The radiologic diagnosis was that the mass was a nonpituitary lesion, a meningioma. When excised surgically and examined pathologically, the mass was a lactotroph adenoma.
