MDCT with HRCT reconstruct of a 13-year-old girl who presented with chronic wet cough and new-onset hemoptysis depicting bronchiectasis in the basal segments of both the left and right lower lobes (arrows) with dilated airways and thickened bronchial walls. The bronchiectasis is more extensive in the left lower lobe, where there is also some volume loss associated with partial collapse.
