Chest radiograph showing tram-track appearance (arrow) in the left lower lobe bronchus of a 13-year-old girl who presented with chronic wet cough and new-onset hemoptysis. The radiograph also shows reticulonodular abnormalities and subtotal consolidation leading to obscuring of the diaphragm in the left lower lobe, as well as scoliosis.
