Prostatic adenocarcinoma, ductal type
Low-power photomicrograph of an H&E-stained section of ductal-type prostatic adenocarcinoma. In contrast to prostatic carcinoma of the acinar type, ductal tumors are composed of pseudostratified tall columnar cells, often forming large glandular structures with papillary configurations.
H&E: hematoxylin and eosin.
