This arteriogram demonstrates a pseudoaneurysm of a branch of the pancreaticoduodenal artery (arrow). This patient with cirrhosis developed gastrointestinal bleeding related to the pseudoaneurysm, and hemostasis was attempted but not achieved with covered metal stent placement (short arrow).
