Limb lead reversal

Left and right arm electrodes have been switched. Lead I is inverted, showing a negative P wave and QRS complex (arrow). Leads II (solid oval) and III (dashed oval) and leads aVR (dotted oval) and aVL (dash-dotted oval) are reversed compared with normal.
