Follow-up management based on colposcopy results for AGC found on cytology

This algorithm describes the follow-up management that should occur after diagnostic examinations are performed for AGC on cervical cytology.

AGC: atypical glandular cell; AGC-NOS: atypical glandular cell not otherwise specified; AEC-NOS: atypical endocervical cell not otherwise specified; AIS: adenocarcinoma in situ; CIN: cervical intraepithelial neoplasia; ASCCP: American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
* Atypical endocervical cells.
¶ Should provide intact specimen with interpretable margins. Concurrent endocervical sampling above excision bed preferred.
