Brachial artery thrombosis from humeral fracture

Brachial artery thrombosis from humeral fracture
The patient sustained a humeral fracture that caused brachial artery thrombosis. The intraoperative image shows the artery opened demonstrating the thrombus (A, arrow). The contused brachial artery was excised to healthy tissue proximally and distally (B) and repaired with a vein interposition graft (C).
