Hamstring stretch supine using band
The hamstring can be stretched while lying supine using a band (shown above) or a strap or towel. With the knee kept straight, gradually pull the leg towards your head until you feel tension behind your thigh (ie, in the hamstring muscles). Try to stay relaxed.
