Diffuse dystrophic calcifications of the lung
Chest radiograph shows extensive confluent calcifications of both lungs with a predilection for the lung periphery. This is consistent with diffuse dystrophic calcifications of the lung as a sequela of remote acute respiratory distress syndrome with diffuse alveolar damage.
