Examples of abnormal physical examination findings of the spine in children that require evaluation with magnetic resonance imaging and neurosurgical referral. All four defects should be investigated for a tethered cord:
(A) Sacral spinal skin abnormality.
(B) Closed lipomyelomeningocele.
(C) Spinal dimple with lipomeningocele.
(D) Sacral dimple.
